How does Premium Management work?

When you management (partially) outsourced, clear agreements are made. You have control over which agreements these are. Even when you outsource your management completely, you still determine the extent to which this happens. For example, between which times the management tasks are picked up for you and within which time there must be a response.

These agreements are included in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). This specifies the service you can count on and the time frame within which things will be resolved. This way you always know where you stand.
