Before professional remote assistance is possible, a number of things need to be organised and arranged in advance. This includes installing and setting up necessary software tools and recording procedures, work and communication agreements. With the BASIC contract, we ensure that all preparations are made, so that you can call on our help remotely at any time. In addition, you have access to our Service Desk during office hours, which gives immediate access to all of our relevant knowledge and experience.
