Basic monitoring of IT creation

If you need temporary help with managing your IT infrastructure, you can be better prepared for this. When you choose the Basic monitoring of IT creation, we will take care of the installation and setup of the necessary software tools, processes and communication, so that you can ask us for help ad hoc and quickly, for example in the event of (un)planned absence of your system administrator.

Basic monitoring is our first level of SLA service. We provide your company with a Managed monitoring solution with a bronze SLA. With this managed solution you can also request (temporary) support for unplanned absences or large projects.

We take care of the installation and setup of the necessary software tools, processes and communication, so that your IT infrastructure, systems and applications can be monitored remotely. Our remote monitoring solution is active 24/7 and therefore signals potential problems before they are actually felt. The signal is automatically forwarded to you so that you are immediately informed and can take timely action. Of course, we are available in accordance with SLA to support you with this.

Optimally prepared
You are optimally prepared for calamities and unexpected absence. You can immediately call for help from a professional IT partner.
On-call assistance
If you need support, please call our ServiceDesk. You have direct access to our 8x5 Service Desk for support requests.
On post-calculation
The deployment is based on best effort and approved cost estimate. The actual settlement is based on post-calculation.

How does Basic Monitoring work?

Weekly reports are automatically sent by e-mail, in which you can view the status of your server(s) and/or workstation(s) in one overview. The remote monitoring of your server(s) takes place with an interval of 5 minutes. With this we offer you 24/7 remote monitoring. In short, we keep a continuous eye on your systems. We ensure that your users can get started and continue working carefree every day.

In addition to the fact that you can count on us for remote monitoring, we are ready for you with more Managed Services. For example, we can provide your IT environment with preventive maintenance with Servicedesk plus or you can opt for a full service SLA with Premium management.
