Everything will be prepared so that you can ask for quick help, for example, in the event of an (un-)planned absence of your system administrator.

The request for temporary help in managing your IT infrastructure often comes unexpectedly.  Think of incidents or (temporary) absence of your system administrator. Before professional remote assistance is possible, a number of things need to be organised and arranged in advance. This includes installing and setting up necessary software tools and recording procedures, work and communication agreements. With the Remote Monitoring Basic contract, we ensure that all preparations are made, so that you can call on our help remotely at any time. In addition, you have access to our Service Desk during office hours, which gives immediate access to all of our relevant knowledge and experience.
