As a Project & Service Manager, you get energy from starting up, organizing, executing and supervising projects. You manage all stakeholders and ensure that everything is delivered within the set deadlines. You amaze the customer, you amaze the team and yourself! This is what drives you and that is where your passion lies.
The unique thing about this dual role in our organization is that after delivery of the project, you will also remain the point of contact for the customer as a Service Manager. So you will stay in touch with the customer, can take control and play an important role in strategic governance. Your working day will include plenty of coffee, challenging projects, nice colleagues and above all a wonderful customer base with diverse organizations, projects and solutions.
The function
You will start as a Project & Service Manager at one of our locations in Papendrecht, Leusden and/or Nieuwkuijk. Here you will work together with your team members on the digital transition and innovation of our customers. On the one hand, you do this by delivering projects and on the other hand by developing the relationship as a Service Manager. At every step, you think about whether it can be done better, how we can grow as a team and how we can optimize our way of working. Because it can always be better! And you coordinate this with customers, partners and management. In short, you ensure that all projects run smoothly and you are the connecting factor between our team, the solution and the customer!
